Mounting the Repository Locally

Because your repository is exposed over WebDAV, you and all of your developers can mount your Maven repositories as WebDAV drives, allowing you to interact with it just like a local drive (drag and drop operations, etc).  

How to mount this depends on your operating system, but here are some pointers on how to do this:

Windows Explorer has native support for WebDav that is known for poor performance and stability, see this Windows article.

As an alternative, you can use CyberDuck to connect to your WebDav repository
